    It's more than just an ordering website! You can view past orders, manage subscriptions, identify your next delivery day, and learn about new products and services. You can even manage multiple service locations under one user profile.

    With your online profile and shopping tools, you'll have direct access to your account and all relevant information. Available 24/7, you can order from our catalog of quality products, delivered right to your breakroom.

    We offer a variety of products to fit your needs.  From top-selling coffee brands, to different coffee brewing methods, high-tech equipment, beverage options, healthy snacks, and more.   • Do you serve businesses with multiple locations?

    Yes! With market centers across the California, we can service each of your locations. To simplify the process, you can consolidate all of your organization’s locations under one First Class Vending account. Our online customer portal allows you to place orders, submit service requests, and view billing information for each of your locations. 

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    Yes, a contract is required for service. A service contract guarantees you the most advanced technology, updated equipment, quality products, and access to a one-on-one customer representative. Other benefits of a contract with us include cost savings advisement, spend and budget projections, and quarterly business reviews, helping you save money and get the most out of our partnership. 

    Our contract term is 36 months. Once signed, we will continuously work with you to make sure you’re getting the most out of our products and services.

  • What size offices do you serve?

    We find that customers with more than 35 employees see the most value in our services. However, any size business can benefit from break room services. We offer a variety of products and services that can be easily scaled to serve your beverage, snack, and supply needs.

  • How frequent are deliveries?

    The frequency of our coffee, tea, and snack delivery is entirely dependent on your business’s needs. We will work together to set up a schedule that works best for your office. We can deliver to you multiple times a week or only a few times per month, regardless, our dedicated team will ensure that your office is always stocked with the highest quality coffee, snacks, beverages, and the supplies your employees need to enjoy their breaks.
